Lead a development team to build a new Web2.0 website.

1.Deep knowledge in the JAVA language and platform; at least 3 years of JAVA development experience involving in more than 2 JAVA projects.

2. Thorough understanding to J2EE and RMI; mastery of the following technologies or architectures: JSP，Servlet，EJB，JMS，JNDI，JDBC，WebService,XML,Struts，Hibernate.

3.Familiar with software development lifecycle; ability of completing tasks such as design, coding, testing on time according to requirements.

4.Familiar with Eclipse/Netbeans/JBuider development environments; understands Sun Application Server/Websphere/WebLogic/Tomcat very well.

5.Basic knowledge in C/C++; some level of familiarity with JNI.

6.Ability of learning and communicating efficiently. Hardworking and responsible.

7.Excellent English reading skills.

8.Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields with more than 5 years of programming experience.

Development of Internet (Web2.0)-based new products.

1.Three-year college degree or higher in computer or related fields.

2. More than 3 years of work experience; ability of completing assigned tasks independently.

3.Understanding of software engineering and project management processes; familiar with Windows/Linux environment.

4.Sufficient JAVA language skills; familiar with common development tools, such as Eclipse.

5.Experience in software modeling and UML modeling tools.

6.Knowledge in distributed, multi-threaded architectures with development experience in MVC.

7Familiar with application development and optimization in MySQL or Oracle.

8. Sense of responsibility and team cooperation spirits; good communication skills.
